Why we built Averty
Running a restaurant or a shop across several locations often means rotas on paper, swaps in group chats and hours checked by hand at the end of the month.
We wanted one calm tool that owners, managers and employees can all use, on the phone, on a tablet at the entrance and on the computer, with the same information for everyone.
What we believe
Simple on the floor
Staff open the app, see their week and punch in. No training needed for the people who are busy serving.
A real punch, made by the employee
Only the employee clocks in. A manager can correct a time with a reason, and every change stays visible.
