Reports
The month’s hours, ready for payroll
Planned and worked hours, overtime, leave and absences for each person, over your own pay month. Fix what is missing, then send the file to your accountant.
Everything that happened on the site, month by month
Hours
Planned, counted and the gap for each person, with a summary per department.
Payroll export
One row per person, in Excel or CSV, for your accountant.
Punches
Late arrivals, forgotten punches, corrections and punches outside the zone.
Leave and absences
Leave taken and absences recorded, by type.
Planning
Published hours per department and week, and the rotas still in draft.
Fix, check, send
Before the export, Averty lists what is missing: a forgotten clock-out, a break never ended, a person without pay. Fix it in one click, then export one row per person with hours in decimals.
Export even with issues left
Anything still to fix is written in the file’s last column.
Your own leave types
Each leave and absence type gets its own column, under the name you gave it.
Your pay month, your overtime
Reports follow your settings, not a law written into the software: the day your pay month starts, overtime per week or per month, and two tiers.
Part-time hours apart
Hours between the contract and full time are reported as additional hours, not overtime.
Sundays and holidays
Hours worked on Sundays and public holidays have their own column.
The contract of the day
A raise or new hours go through a contract amendment, and each day is counted with the terms in force that day.
See where things slip, and what the month costs
Who arrives late, who forgets to punch, who punches far from the work location. And an estimated staff cost: hours × gross pay per hour × your employer cost coefficient.
Always an estimate
The cost is worked out from gross pay and shown as an estimate, never as a net figure.
Pay stays private
Only the owner, administrators and the managers you allow can see pay.
Questions about reports
Can’t find your answer? Tell us about your sites and your teams.
Ask a questionCan my accountant read the file?
Yes. The export is a plain Excel or CSV file, one row per person, with hours in decimals (7.50 = 7 h 30).
Does overtime follow my country’s law?
You set it yourself: per week or per pay month, with two tiers. Averty applies no rule of its own, and your accountant applies the rates.
What if someone forgot to punch?
It shows in the list of issues to fix. A manager adds the missing time with a reason, and the hours update.
