Questions from gyms and leisure venues
Can’t find your answer? Tell us about your sites and your teams.
Ask a questionCan a coach work at several of our clubs?
Yes. A person can be assigned to several sites, with a home site and a department at each.
Are evenings, Sundays and overtime counted?
Yes. Reports add up planned, clocked and counted hours per person, with Sundays and overtime shown apart, and export to Excel or CSV.
How do my staff clock in?
On the reception tablet with their personal PIN, and with the app or a QR code if you allow it. Managers can correct a punch afterwards, but never create one for someone else.
